Under these terms of use, you may browse and use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to disrupt the website, gain unauthorised access, copy content for commercial use without permission, or submit false or harmful information through our forms.
Content on this website, including text, graphics and design, belongs to SEOScaller unless stated otherwise. Information on the website is for general guidance and may change without notice.
Quotes and proposals
Prices shown on the website are starting points. Each project is confirmed through a written quote or proposal that sets out scope, deliverables, timelines and payment milestones.
Quotes are valid for the period stated on them. Work that falls outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately before we begin it.
Payments in milestones
Projects are usually billed in milestones, such as an advance to begin work, followed by payments at agreed stages like design approval and launch. The exact milestones are listed in your proposal.
Invoices are payable within the time stated on them. We may pause work if a milestone payment is overdue. Monthly services such as local SEO are billed in advance for each month, and any minimum term stated in the proposal applies. Applicable taxes are charged in addition to quoted prices unless stated otherwise.
Client content and responsibilities
You are responsible for the text, images, logos, product details and other material you give us, and you confirm that you have the right to use it. You agree to provide content, feedback and approvals on time, as delays can affect launch dates.
We are not responsible for claims arising from content supplied by you. We are also not responsible for the accuracy of business information such as prices, offers or medical, legal or financial claims made on your website.
Intellectual property
Once the project is paid in full, ownership of the final design and custom work created specifically for you transfers to you. Until full payment is received, all work remains the property of SEOScaller.
Third-party items such as themes, plugins, fonts, stock images and software libraries remain subject to their own licences. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
Hosting, domains and third-party tools
Websites often rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, email services, analytics and advertising platforms. These are governed by the providers' own terms, and we are not liable for their outages, policy changes or fees.
Where possible, domains and accounts should be registered in your name. If we manage them on your behalf, we will hand over access once all dues are cleared.
SEO and marketing results
Search rankings, ad performance and social media reach depend on factors outside our control, including search engine and platform algorithms. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, leads or sales, but we commit to doing the agreed work professionally and reporting honestly.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SEOScaller is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit, data or business opportunity. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.
Termination
Either party may end a project by written notice. Work completed up to that point is payable as described in our refund policy. Clauses on payments, intellectual property and liability continue to apply after termination.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern amicably.
