Payments run in three parts: 40% to begin, 40% at design approval, 20% at launch. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Everything is invoiced with GST, and there's no separate “project management” line.

Support is hourly and on request. Most clients spend nothing for months, and we'd rather not bill for a service that goes unused.

Which service do we need first?

Can we take a website and SEO together?
It's the most common combination we run. The build is a fixed project price; the retainer usually starts in the final week of the build so the site launches with the Google Business Profile already tidy and posting.
Do I own everything afterwards?
Yes. Domain, hosting, code, store accounts and analytics are all in your name from day one. If you leave, nothing breaks and nothing needs migrating.
We're outside Lucknow. Still possible?
We work across Kanpur, Varanasi, Prayagraj, Gorakhpur, Ayodhya and Noida. Everything runs over calls and WhatsApp; we visit for the kickoff when the project justifies the trip.
How do payments work?
Forty per cent to begin, forty at design approval, twenty at launch. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. GST invoices on everything, and no surprise line items — if it wasn't in the scope, it isn't on the bill.
What do you need from us to start?
Your logo, photos if you have them, a list of services with prices, and one person who can approve decisions without a committee. We write the copy. The projects that run late are almost always the ones waiting on the fourth item.
